Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

This hat is super cute, well-made, & the perfect size in my opinion! Big enough for the sunhat look but not too big it obstructs your view or is a pain to lug around. It also kept my face protected from the Tulum sun. I wish my poor, sunburned body had fared as well as my face!
This hat is perfect! I wore it every single day of vacation. It protected my face from the sun, hid my messy hair, and looked super cute! It’s easy to pack, and pops right back to regular shape if you fold it. It’s also adjustable, so I’d make it tighter if it was windy or if we were on a boat. Buy it!
I'm in my mid 50's, and the sun is really starting to bother me. I've been looking for a cute hat that could go with anything, had ample sun protection, was light weight so my head wouldn't get too sweaty (like a ball cap), could travel easily, and was easy to keep clean. Great value for the money.
Bought this for my wife to keep the sun off her face in the morning when she is having her coffee by the front window. This is the second hat I’ve purchased from this company and I love it as much as the first one. I always wear a hat in summer to keep my sun off my face and to fight the ageing effects of it. This is a good quality, hand made hat. I’m a petite woman under 5 feet and this hat fits me perfectly. I love this hat already. It’s breathable. The brim is not too large, but still a good size for sun protection.

This hat is great at holding its shape. I was worried when I received it in the mail and it was folded down, but it bounced back to its shape immediately. I also folded it flat and put it in a suitcase and had no issues with it creasing. For me personally I would not wear it in the wind as it is kind of a loose fit, which surprised me as I have a big head lol.
